Carlton Ware Tutenkhamen bowl

Large (9 inch diameter) Tutenkhamen pattern bowl, gilded design on a blue ground, early W&R backstamp with the special Tutenkhamen seal mark. A little wear to the gilding here and there, the bowl does sufferv from a hairline crack (not noticeable), but displays well and this pattern is one of the rarest and not often seen these days.

Carlton Ware Chinaland Ginger Jar

Wow. This is almost certainly the finest Chinaland ginger jar there is. From the original mid 1920's series, it is factory fresh with no damage or any restoration. Gilding 100% intact. Paint 100% intact. In a fantastic private collection for decades. An absolute joy to behold and exrtremely rare in this condition with the most incredible detail. Every bit as good as any Wedgwood Fairyland piece! 7 inches tall.

Carlton Ware Diamond Dish in Hollyhocks pattern

Just love these Diamond shape dishes as they are so evocative of the Art Deco period.  Hollyhocks pattern 3973 on a vibrant green ground. Measures 12 inches at its widest point. Overall condition is very good to excellent; some age related crazing, gilding 99% intact. No chips, cracks or any restoration. c1935.

Large Art Deco dish in New Storks pattern no. 4340

From the Handpainted series on a Rouge Royale ground with original paper label. Excellent condition, all hand painted enamels and gilding intact. Simply the best there is! Measures 11.75 inches long, 7.75 inches wide, 1.5 inches high. c 1952.

Shape 406 vase in Devil's Copse pattern 3787

Fantastic 6 3/4" vase in as new condition, again no restoration, chips, cracks or even crazing, brilliant hand painted enamels with all gilding intact, just some very minor rubbing to the foot rim.

Salesman's specimen vase from the Armand Lustre series, measuring 4 1/2" tall.

These are now virtually impossible to find and this one is just fantastic with no chips, cracks or any restoration. Minor gilding rubbing.

Carlton Ware Chinaland Large Bowl

Everyone's favourite Carlton Ware pattern? Certainly mine! Chinaland is such an intricate detailed pattern that you really need a large piece to show it off in all its glory, and they don't come much larger than this! Incredible detail, outstanding condition with no chips, cracks, any restoration or damage. Gilding is completely intact, as is all the delicate paintwork. Pattern no. 2948 Oxford shape bowl measuring 10 inches diameter, 4.75 inches tall. Script signature. Stunning!

Where do I start? Something for the Carlton Ware collector who has everything? In the form of an orange with leaves at the base, I've come across these before, but this is the only one with the raffia handle completely intact! Reg'd mark for 1930's.

Pretty spectacular these gondolas, and we've had a few over the years. Don't see so many of them these days, but this one has popped up after decades in a cabinet. 13 inches long, nearly 6 inches in height. Nicely enamelled with internal and external decorations. No chips, cracks or any restoratiobn, gilding 100% intact. A very minor and barely noticeable hairline makes this the cheapest one you'll ever see.

Stunning statement piece measuring 7.5 inches tall, in matching pattern 3973 from the same home. No chips, cracks or any restoration, but as you will see, there is quite a lot of wear to the gilding on the handle. Not difficult or to expensive to have regilded. c1935.

Super 10" bottle vase in this rare early pattern from the 1920's. Excellent condition, but those in the know will recognise the patchy orange mottling that Carlton Ware (& others) never quite got right!

Early 1920's, a fantastic Art Deco geometric pattern with hand painted birds in matt black cartouches. Very rare and the only one I have ever seen. Measures 7.75 inches high, excellent condition, no chips, cracks, restoration or even crazing. Minor paint loss to the upper rim.

These velox shape bowls are just so 1930's and a real Art Deco statement. This is the only one I've ever seen in Jazz Stitch pattern and is just excellent. Condition is faultless having come from an excellent home, having been in the same family for generations. An absolute must for the Carlton ware enthusiast; you won't see another one!

Just perfect! I'm a big fan of Sketching Bird, and this really is the finest preserve pot in excellent condition; no restoration, chips, cracks etc. Measuring 3 1/2" tall, beautifully hand painted in enamels with all gilding and paint intact.
